With the focus on gender equality in all areas of life increasing by the day, and France proudly hosting the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup this summer, it seems the perfect time to gather influential EB professionals from across the world for our own event focusing on women at work. We will be looking at:
- the value of women in the corporate world and how perception of this has changed over the last 30 years
- the benefits of considering women’s health in the workplace and healthcare innovations that are designed to promote wellbeing
- future products and services that can meet the growing expectations of gender specific provision in the workplace.
Maria Morris, former MetLife Executive Vice President and current Board Member at Wells Fargo and S&P Global, will be delivering the keynote address on the day, sharing her experience of working in the corporate world.
Speaking about the event, Maria said:
“this event offers a fantastic opportunity to discuss the real impact and potential of women in the workplace and celebrate some of the foundational initiatives being put in place to support them. More women than ever are rising to leadership positions and working longer, so supporting and enabling them to thrive in the workplace is absolutely vital. I’m looking forward to dialoguing with you on this topic and sharing insights from my career.”
We look forward to welcoming you to this inspiring event and chatting to you over a cocktail or two at the end of the day. And don’t forget if you are interested by our programme but are not based in Paris, then forward this to your local colleagues and ask them to register.
