We’re pleased to have appointed Alexandre Rizk and Nannecy Dulin to Director positions in our global Business Development team.
Alexandre Rizk has been promoted to Director – Global Relationship Management, effective 1 August 2025. He moves on from his role as Account Executive in our Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA) inbound Business Development team.
In his new role, Alexandre will oversee our inbound business development strategy in EMEA and the Americas, helping MAXIS network members win and retain business with multinationals that have a MAXIS global programme. He will also work closely with Paul Lewis, our Chief Business Development Officer, to manage relationships with key global and regional brokers and consultants.

Nannecy Dulin has been appointed Regional Director – APAC (Asia-Pacific), effective 1 September 2025. She joins us from Mercer Marsh Benefits where she held the role of Account Director, Global Benefits Management. Nannecy will lead our APAC Business Development team with responsibility for both outbound and inbound business development strategies in the region.

Both Alexandre and Nannecy will report to Paul Lewis. On the appointments, Paul Lewis said: “Alexandre has been instrumental to the success of our inbound Business Development team over the years and I’m delighted to see him stepping up into this role. I’m confident that he’ll do an excellent job of leading the team, using his unique blend of relationship building skills and technical acumen to achieve brilliant results.
“I’m also pleased to welcome Nannecy to the team. Her vast expertise across APAC – as both an insurer and an intermediary – will be a huge asset to our Business Development team and I’m excited to see the impact she can make in the region.”
Alexandre has worked in the global employee benefits (EB) industry for almost 10 years, with experience across underwriting and business development. He started his career in our Underwriting team in London before moving to Paris and joining our WEMEA inbound Business Development team in 2020. He has a degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and a Master’s in Actuarial Science from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Alexandre grew up in Beirut and speaks fluent Arabic, French and English.
Nannecy has over 15 years’ leadership experience in the global employee benefits industry, having worked for both global insurers and brokers across commercial strategy and client management. She has worked on many complex EB programmes across the APAC region and has been responsible for managing relationships with benefits networks.
